Although Jo Ellen is a native of California, in 1999 she and her husband decided on the east coast as a final stopping point following a Navy career and now reside in rural Chapel Hill. She earns her clients’ confidence by her exceptional work ethic, commitment to detail, and by listening to her clients’ needs and desires. She was able to hone these talents while being exposed to multi-cultural living conditions traveling throughout the world; living in Asia and Europe; and acting as a front line US Ambassador for hosting visiting foreign military dignitaries as well as senior US military officers. These life experiences have also helped to make Jo Ellen very resourceful, creative, and adaptable.
