Bill Munsee is accustomed to working in an environment where decisions need to be made quickly and accurately. As a former Navy Captain and pilot there was no room for error when you were at 300 kts in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean at 300 feet above the waves searching for enemy submarines with nuclear weapons. Bill started his career as a fledgling mechanic on Navy helicopters, and ended his career as a Commanding Officer, Wing Commander and Commanding Officer of an aircraft repair facility.
So what does that have to do with selling real estate? Bill learned from his experience that to be successful in any business you need confidence you can do the job. You also need tenacity, flexibility, analytical skills, compassion, understanding and you need to be an active listener. These are all skills that are essential in negotiating sales for both purchasers and sellers.
Before Bill ventured into the world of real estate he studied the intricacies of how to build a house, and then did just that. After 9 months, he completed his dream house and then launched his real estate career starting with Centex Homes (a large national builder). During his 8 year tenure with Centex Homes he sold virtually all of the various types of homes Centex had in its inventory. Those types included; single family homes, 2 and 3 story town homes, and multi-family attached homes. In doing this, he gained extensive knowledge of building construction sequencing, techniques and materials used in the building industry. In his eight years with Centex he had approximately 35 million dollars in sales.
With Bill working for you, you can be assured you are getting someone with a solid track record in real estate who knows how to buy, sell or build a home.
